The pre-purchase counseling/coaching space is designed to provide you with an opportunity to work one-on-one with a certified homeownership counselor to determine how much house you can afford based on your gross monthly income and debt; in addition to, learning how long it will take you to position yourself for purchase based on your specific goals. The counselor will create corrective action plans to help you overcome obstacles in the areas of credit, savings, and/or debt.  The only cost associated with this service is the cost of pulling a residential mortgage credit report (tri-merge report).
