Financial Capabilities Program mission is to assist consumers in developing their financial goal setting, financial management, and financial planning skills. Financial Capabilities Program targets low-income and vulnerable populations that lack skills to adequately manage household income and resources by providing educational workshops regarding managing household budgets, personal credit, and consumer financing.
Participants in our Financial Capabilities Programs must attend an orientation class to enroll in this program. Orientation classes are held in each service county. Please click here to see service areas.
